Photo Blog: the Valkenburg Christmas fair

Hello!

Occasionally it will happen that I leave my house to do a fun thing, and I end up taking a lot of pictures. Up until now, I’ve never actually done anything with those pictures, but it seemed like a good idea to share them with you.

These are the pictures of my trip to Valkenburg, which is famous for their Christmas market in a cave. Literally the whole town turns into a Christmas village and it’s absolutely wonderful. I mean, Christmas all around you, who doesn’t want that (do not answer that question, I know there are people out there who don’t celebrate the holiday, and those who don’t like it)? I thoroughly enjoyed myself, even though I was denied the pleasure of getting a waffle. To be fair, it was 30 minutes before dinner, so I get it. But still. Anyhoo, here are the pictures!

Literally only took this picture because of the ‘bed, wed, behead’ joke
