Today I want to talk about my latest makeup and skin care essentials. If you read my update on my life, you know that I’m slightly obsessed with makeup. I just love what makeup can do. It’s such a shame girls get endless amounts of criticism for wearing makeup. Can’t we just enjoy it in peace?
With that said, I wanted to tell you about my latest faves, regarding my makeup and skin care.
I’m totally in love with this face cleanser from Lush. It seriously smells like cookies. And it leaves my skin super soft, so it’s allround perfect really.
My makeup routine has become a little longer, since I’ve learned so much more about it over the past few months and I’ve changed some of the products I use. My go-to concealer is now the Bobbi Brown Tinted Eye Brightener. It’s so easy to apply, and I use it as a highlighting concealer. And I set it with banana powder.
My other new fave is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit. I got it for Christmas and it’s just so perfect. Contouring always seemed so complicated to me, but it really isn’t and I just like to do it now. Not every day, but I really do love it.
Nowadays my look really isn’t finished without my Bobbi Brown Bronze Glow Highlighting Power. Gotta blind everyone with that glow. I love it. When in doubt, just add glow. It’s all fine.
And to set it all, I use the Urban Decay Chill Setting Spray. It seriously makes my makeup stay on all freaking day, and it doesn’t move at all. Love it.
